gran bug en el a hero scall

chicos les escribo para que porfavor reporten el error que me a ocurrido con este juego acabé de pagar 20 $ para llevarme la sorpresa de que no me funciona me sale este error cuando lo ejecuto porfavor ayudarme a que el creador resuelva el error o me devuelva el dinero gracias

pd yo escribi al correo que aparece enviando ese error pero igual es bueno que lo comentemos varios haber si lo solucionan mas rápidamente alguen le a salido ese error que problema podrá ser el que tengo?

ando analizando @coruga, y tal como te comenté por whatsapp, hay dos posibilidades.
Tus dribers o son demasiado viejos y con una actualización será suficiente, o la tarjeta de video que tienes no es compatible con la plataforma del juego por ser demasiado vieja.
El primer paso a intentar, es actualizar los dribers de tu video. -
estos son los datos de video creo los que salieron con el dxdiag aunque hai muchas cosas xd no puedo pegar todo pq es un informe supergrande espero pueda tener solución seguire las instrucciones que se me indique

bueno @coruga, me alegra que al final se hubiese resuelto.
El problema sí resultó que eran los dribers, porque si miras ahí en el reporte que me habías colocado, no tenías instalado nada para reconocer la tarjeta gráfica, estabas funcionando con lo más genérico de windows. y con razón no te funcionaba.
Lo bueno es que ya está todo arreglado
