Hello Everyone,
I love story-driven, immersive games, and I have read that The Last of Us's accessibility features and sound design have made the game enjoyable for some visually impaired players. Even though I can't see perfectly, I'm constantly on the hunt for games that have a lot of auditory cues or robust accessibility features, especially action or adventure games with a strong narrative focus.
Having said that, I'd be interested in knowing what accessible games you think are comparable, particularly for those of us who are blind or visually impaired. A few items that really catch my attention are as follows:
- The game can be navigated by the player without full vision thanks to strong audio cues and design.
- Games with a strong narrative element that are emotionally charged and captivating.
- Action or adventure components that maintain the action but don't just depend on visual cues to advance the story.
- Any video games that have included accessibility features (such as those in Spider-Man: Miles Morales or The Last of Us)?
I'd love to hear your recommendations if you have any, whether they are specifically made audio games or popular titles with good accessible features!
In addition, I would be very interested in hearing opinions from anyone who has played The Last of Us regarding the accessibility elements in that game.
Thanks in advance for your help and support.
